Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and labels
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of personal care and consumable products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., honey, wellness coffee)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund if replacement is unavailable

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
